Dr. Davison is experienced in several variations of neck and facelift procedures. This is an excellent surgical procedure to restore a youthful contour of the neck, jawline, and cheeks, while also to lifting and tightening the neck and lower face. Excess skin is removed using a hidden incision starting behind the ear and may be extended around the earlobe as needed for more skin tightening. Excess fullness or fat deposits under the chin can be dramatically improved.
This is often combined with fat grafting to the face to restore the youthful fullness of the cheeks, lips, temples and forehead that becomes atrophied (or hollowed) with aging. A blepharoplasty can also be done at the same time.
